Job Description

Express Employment is looking for a Program Coordinator for a current client Ensure contracts for presenters are signed/countersigned and sent to presenters Confirm that financial information is with contracts and properly filed and uploaded Coordinate volunteer workers to oversee all presenters for the LDA season Make sure that all presenters are taken care of and have all essentials they need Handle monies / receipts and all guests attending workshops Check that volunteers are scheduled, handle any voids and all complaints regarding any workshops Work with treasurer on financials Prepare and keep spreadsheets cataloging all workshops/presenters Begin preparing for 2027 season working with LDA Program Committee The position is a 40 hour a week job including weekends. The start date is May 1, 2026. The pay is between $17-$19 per hour.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
