EverGreen Meadow Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and mission-driven Social Worker & Program Specialist to provide therapeutic and mental health support services to adolescent girls and their families. This role includes individual, family, and group interventions, mental health education programming, community outreach, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and interns. The position is based in Liberty, NY and requires regular travel throughout Sullivan County, Orange County, Kingston, Poughkeepsie and Yonkers, NY to support clients, schools, community-based organizations, and EverGreen Meadow Services programming. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to build trusting relationships with youth and families from diverse backgrounds. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Therapeutic Services Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations of program participants Provide scheduled virtual, remote, and in-person therapy sessions, workshops, and support groups for middle-school girls and their families Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches consistent with integrated mental health care practices Develop individualized treatment goals and engagement strategies responsive to client needs Provide warm hand-off referrals to appropriate levels of care and external service providers Collaborate with and support interns and trainees in the mental health field Culturally Responsive Care Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed services that reflect awareness and sensitivity to race, ethnicity, culture, language, immigration status, sexuality, gender identity, socioeconomic status, and age Demonstrate multicultural awareness, humility, and sensitivity when working with youth, families, schools, and community partners Mental Health Education & Community Programming Facilitate mental health education programs within schools, community organizations, and on the EverGreen Meadow campus Programs may include Girls Empowerment, Whisper Wednesday (Lunchtime Community Building), Pathways Program, Parent Support Groups, Youth Chat Sessions, and Community Outreach Initiatives Assist with the development, implementation, and modification of mental health programming based on participant and organizational needs Ensure existing programs align with organizational goals and provide feedback and recommendations based on clinical observations and expertise Client Record Management & Data Reporting Maintain accurate, timely, and PHI-compliant client documentation and case records Track program participation, outcomes, and impact data to support grant reporting, internal evaluation, and organizational record-keeping Prepare reports and summaries as requested by leadership Collaboration & Supervision Attend supervision meetings with the assigned Licensed Psychologist contracted by EverGreen Meadow Services Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, trainings, and collaborative planning sessions Work collaboratively with colleagues, schools, families, interns, and community partners to ensure coordinated and effective support services Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills in all professional interactions Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties reasonably required to support the mission and operational needs of the organization consistent with the scope of the position QUALIFICATIONS
LMSW or LCSW required Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer Experience providing trauma-informed care to youth and families Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions Strong understanding of culturally responsive and equitable mental health practices Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining effective coordination with staff and community partners Experience with data management, documentation, and reporting Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Valid New York State driver's license required Access to a reliable and insured vehicle required Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Sullivan County, Orange County, Kingston, Yonkers, and surrounding Hudson Valley and Greater New York areas WORK ENVIRONMENT

Annual Salary:
$65,000 BENEFITS All benefits become available following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. Health & Leave Benefits:
