Day Habilitation Program Taconic Innovations Location:
Mount Vernon, NY Taconic Innovations is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Services to oversee the daily operations of our Day Habilitation Program in Mount Vernon, New York. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful outcomes and community inclusion. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Day Habilitation Program. Supervise and support program staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and all applicable standards. Develop and monitor individualized service plans and program goals. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting requirements. Foster positive relationships with individuals served, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Coordinate community-based activities and opportunities that promote independence and inclusion. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and program development efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and Day Habilitation services strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
