Harbor Child Care is a vibrant and nurturing early childhood learning center committed to the development and success of young children and their families. We are currently seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and energetic person to fill this role .
Position Summary:
School Age & Summer Programs Coordinator , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising programming for school-age children during out-of-school times, including summer and school breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
Summer Camp & School-Age Program Coordination:
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate programming for school-age children Manage enrollment and maintain all documentation for the school-age program Coordinate staff schedules and training for the camp and afterschool program Communicate regularly with families about schedules, activities, and expectations Ensure a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all participants Collaborate with other staff and departments to align programming with center goals Experience planning or managing school-age or summer camp programs Technologically savvy and quick to learn new systems Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Recreation, or related field preferred Flexible availability Monday - Friday
