Part-time Pilates Studio Trainee (Front Desk & Certification Program) We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Pilates Studio Trainee to support daily operations at our Pilates studio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in fitness who is also looking to pursue their Pilates teacher certification in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Training & Certification Opportunity:
This position offers a unique opportunity to work toward your Pilates teacher certification while gaining hands-on experience in a studio setting. This is a non-paid position structured as an educational/work exchange In exchange for front desk hours, you will receive: Access to Pilates classes Use of studio space for practice Support and mentorship throughout your certification process The studio will cover the cost of your Mat Pilates certification A deposit and signed contract are required as part of the program commitment
Qualifications:
Must be available mornings, weekends, and some evenings High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Previous customer service and sales experience required Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience using MOMENCE software is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Interest in Pilates and fitness is highly encouraged
Key Responsibilities:
Manage studio scheduling, including booking and confirming appointments, classes, and rentals using studio software Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing information about services and policies Support monthly sales goals through client engagement and membership conversions Assist with daily operations across both studio locations, including opening/closing procedures Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and fully set up for classes (equipment, props, and front desk area) Check in clients and maintain a welcoming, professional environment Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Maintain strict professionalism and confidentiality Capture photo and video content for social media as needed Build relationships and network with local businesses to support community partnerships and studio growth

From $18.00 per hour
