Job Description

Coordinate all aspects of our Hepatitis C screening program in accordance with NYS DOH Public Health regulations, agency policies and procedures and manufacturer product inserts. Conduct HCV testing and assist with monitoring and quality assurance activities. Act as a resource to community and agency as whole as it relates to HCV education, resources and referrals.
