Full-Time About Human First Network Human First Network is building a coordinated, human-centered support model for individuals navigating complex systems. We focus on closing gaps, aligning services, and ensuring no one falls through the cracks. About the Role The Director of Programs will lead the design and execution of our wraparound support model-connecting services, partners, and individualized care plans into one cohesive system while ensuring model fidelity across a team Of Navgators and Care Advocates. This is a founding team role, meaning you will play a critical part in building the structure, strategy, and long-term vision of our programs from the ground up. This is systems-level work-but deeply human. You are building alignment where there has been fragmentation. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and management of all programs Build and oversee a wraparound support model across services and partners Coordinate care across agencies, providers, and internal teams Ensure individuals receive consistent, uninterrupted support Supervise program staff and guide service delivery Develop systems, workflows, and operational structures Track program performance, outcomes, and impact Collaborate closely with the Wellness Director to ensure holistic care Identify service gaps and build solutions to address them Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in: Nonprofit organizations Human services, case management, or direct service work Program design and management Experience working with systems-involved populations Strong leadership and operational thinking skills Ability to manage complexity while staying grounded in people-centered work Lived experience aBIG PLUS!
