As the Long Term Ombudsman Program Advocate , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Directs supervision of Ombudsman volunteers within assigned geographic region Responds to resident issues and concerns, as necessary including completing complaint activity and investigation Participates in ongoing program of education and public awareness to address systematic problems and elder abuse as well as the program's need to recruit Ombudsman volunteers Enters all required program reports/documentation into state database system in a timely basis
