Job Description

Long Island Adolescent and Family Services (LIAFS) is a not-for-profit Social Service agency that provides residential and ancillary services to male and female children and youth. With four sites in Suffolk County, our multi-faceted services include: casework and mental health counseling, medical and dental care, independent living skills training, education and recreation. In addition to our work, we also offer services to families in need of support and assistance. PROGRAM MANAGER- (FT) Overall supervisory responsibility of a group home for children. Experience with children and three years prior supervisory/management experience pref.. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the home as it relates to programming, staffing etc. Monday -Friday( Three days 8am -4pm and Two evenings per week 11am-7pm and 12noon-8pm ) and on-call responsibility. HS Diploma/ GED req. Bachelor's Degree pref. Competitive salary and benefits. Must pass background and clearance checks.
