This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop, coordinate, and oversee impactful youth programs that foster leadership, social development, and community involvement. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and committed to empowering young people through innovative activities and meaningful mentorship. Join us in creating vibrant spaces where youth can thrive, learn, and grow! This is a contracted position for 10 hours per week for training until July where you will start full time. Duties Design, plan, and implement diverse youth programs that align with organizational goals and community needs Recruit participants through outreach efforts utilizing social media management and campus recruitment strategies Manage volunteer teams and supervise program staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality delivery of activities Develop training and development sessions for volunteers and staff to enhance program effectiveness Foster strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand program reach Lead public speaking engagements to promote programs, share success stories, and advocate for youth empowerment initiatives Qualifications Must have a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Proven experience in supervising youth programs or social work with a strong background in volunteer management, campus recruitment, Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate others Proficiency in Google required Excellent communication skills with experience in public speaking and community outreach Knowledge of social media management tools to promote programs and engage audiences online Background in social work or related fields is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities Must be available on Monday and Wednesday nights from 4-6 during program. Must have reliable transportation
