Job Description
Description Responsibilities & Duties Managing the client relationship and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction related to ongoing delivery of products and services. Plan, execute, direct, and control all facets of assigned projects within the terms of the contract Deliver direct technical support to customers Manage multiple subcontractors Develop strong internal and external relationships Ensure contract deliverables are on time and within budget Ensure high-quality work and excellent results Effect growth and maintain a current business base Manages programs which have well defined program plans and delivery methodologies. Leads all phases of assigned program(s) from initiation through delivery. Responsible for decisions that could impact outcomes where erroneous decisions could cause serious schedule delays and expenditure of additional time and resources. Ensuring that all information necessary to the customer is provided in a timely manner Managing supply/demand plans to ensure all deliverables are coordinated to support on time delivery against UEC commitments. Coordinate and deliver quotations to sales organization and/or customers. Ensure execution against contractual requirements Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Experience in the defense industry and government contracts preferred, Minimum 2-4 years of experience and as a Program Manager proven skills to think strategically Excellent written and spoken communication Excellent interpersonal skills Well-organized and detail-oriented self-starter Travels as required: 10-15% Client service mindset Bachelor's Degree preferred; in a technical or business-related discipline Strong computer skills to include MS Word, Project, and Excel. Solid written/verbal business communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical concepts. Strong knowledge of product pricing, quoting, contracts and contract negotiation. Excellent database management, computer and presentation skills. Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to others.
