Program Coordinator Ampcus, Inc United States, York, White Plains Apr 28, 2026 Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.
Program Coordinator:
Project Overview This role is responsible for coordinating the department of Environmental Justice's (EJ) program activities and will be part of an existing team of EJ coordinators and program managers who are responsible for raising awareness of NYPA's programs and initiatives. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout NY State and work outside normal business hours for events.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Coordinate educational programs within Environmental Justice communities, schools, state and city organizations consistent with NYPA's mission, and goals. Track and update internal departmental spreadsheets and documents related to educational program metric and budget tracking. Schedule, attend and support follow up action-items in meetings with educational stakeholders. Coordinate calendars of events in conjunction with educational vendors. Coordinate catering and giveaway orders to support educational programs. Support collection and disbursement of promotional and collateral materials. Prepare space for in-person NYPA events, coordinate with AV team, facilities. Prepare written reports & presentations for management. Attend in person educational programs with stakeholders.
Skills:
Highly effective verbal, written & presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse communities, understanding ethnic, social and economic issues. High degree of motivation, with the ability to handle competing priorities, while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. Ability to undertake travel, weekend and evening work to coincide with community events and workshops. Experience in community outreach preferred. Travel expectation of 30% for in-person programming and event execution.
Education & Certifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree. Minimum 2 years of business experience. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
