Program Manager Officer Avon, OH Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Officer to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that align with strategic business objectives within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving program execution, establishing governance structures, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful delivery of complex enterprise-level programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, advanced program management expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders while coordinating teams across multiple functions and departments. Key Responsibilities Lead complex, enterprise-level programs aligned with organizational strategy and business priorities Manage program budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and overall execution Develop and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of program objectives Provide regular executive-level reporting and updates on program status and performance Mentor and support project managers and program management personnel Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to program governance and operational standards Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day program execution Support organizational change management efforts associated with program implementation Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required 10+ years of project and/or program management experience Experience managing large, complex enterprise initiatives PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred Aerospace, manufacturing, defense, or highly regulated industry experience preferred Technical Competencies Enterprise program governance Cross-functional leadership and team coordination Strategic planning and execution alignment Budgeting, forecasting, and financial management Executive stakeholder communication and reporting Program risk and dependency management Portfolio reporting and performance metrics Organizational change management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Leadership Traits Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong ownership mentality and accountability High integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making Collaborative leadership style with a team-first mindset Continuous improvement and process optimization focus Ability to adapt quickly and drive action in a dynamic environment Commitment to delivering on timelines, objectives, and business goals #INDETM
