Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Coordinator to lead and manage impactful community programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and oversee initiatives that promote social well-being, public health, and community engagement. As a Program Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of fostering positive change by coordinating volunteer efforts, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of programs that make a real difference. Your leadership will inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and drive program success through innovative strategies and meticulous organization. Duties Develop, plan, and execute community programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate volunteers and staff to ensure effective program delivery. Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within scope. Coordinate outreach efforts through social media management, marketing campaigns, and public speaking engagements to raise awareness. Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. Facilitate partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and funders to expand program reach. Oversee administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, scheduling, and compliance with organizational policies. Skills Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams effectively. Strong background in program development, project management, and social work or public health initiatives. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Skilled in marketing strategies and social media management to promote programs. Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data for program evaluation and reporting purposes. Experience in addiction counseling or public health is a plus for specialized programs. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
