We're hiring a full-time Nonprofit Engagement Specialist to support outreach efforts, strengthen how each client conversation is handled, and help drive consistent engagement across local campaigns. This is an entry level role where the Nonprofit Engagement Specialist works directly with the public, representing nonprofit initiatives and making sure every client interaction is clear, genuine, and impactful. As a Nonprofit Engagement Specialist, you'll be part of the day-to-day execution - meeting people, introducing campaigns, and helping translate interest into real support for the organizations we represent. Responsibilities of the Nonprofit Engagement Specialist Engage directly with community members to introduce nonprofit campaigns, making each client interaction informative, approachable, and easy to follow Explain the purpose behind each campaign in a way that helps the client understand where support goes and why it matters Guide the client through the process of getting involved, ensuring each step is handled clearly and without confusion Keep conversations organized and focused so client interest turns into meaningful participation Represent each campaign with consistency, maintaining a professional presence that reflects positively on the client and their mission Track daily outreach activity and client responses to help improve how campaigns are presented and received Work alongside other Nonprofit Engagement Specialist team members to keep engagement levels steady across different locations in Cincinnati Qualifications of a Nonprofit Engagement Specialist Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not required to get started as a Nonprofit Engagement Specialist Backgrounds in fundraising, client relations, community outreach, or similar roles are helpful but not necessary Comfortable initiating conversations and keeping client interactions productive from start to finish Ability to adjust your communication style depending on the client and the pace of the environment Organized approach to managing multiple conversations and keeping track of client engagement throughout the day Interest in working with nonprofit campaigns and representing causes that rely on strong community involvement The Nonprofit Engagement Specialist role centers around consistent, in-person interaction - keeping the client experience strong while helping campaigns gain traction throughout the Cincinnati community.
