Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our enterprise Maximo program-spanning technology, operations, vendor engagement and finance engagement. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can confidently drive outcomes across IBM, hardware vendors, and internal business partners. Accountable for program delivery, roadmap execution, vendor performance, and alignment with Finance and Accounting stakeholders. Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in program management within enterprise technology Demonstrated success managing large vendors (IBM experience strongly preferred) Experience with Maximo, EAM platforms, or ERP‑adjacent systems Strong financial literacy and comfort working with Finance/Accounting teams Proven ability to operate in matrixed organizations with multiple executive stakeholders High resilience, persistence, and ability to navigate friction with vendors or internal teams Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing hardware vendor management Background in asset management, maintenance operations, or enterprise systems PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
