Full Job Description Program Coordinator:
Plan, develop, implement and monitor assigned programs; provide training, learning resources and technical assistance needed. Coordinate and direct operations for our Senior & Adult Services Program to assure efficient and sound programmatic and fiscal operations. Make recommendations and assist in the formulation of objectives, practices and plans.

Hourly Responsibilities:
Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Plan and implement Give work directives, resolve problems, and set Prepare and/or monitor reports and Coordinate and monitor Supervise a staff of Work within the framework of the program budget while managing a variety of concurrent activities effectively. May participate in the selection of new employees for the May train new employees in areas relevant to the program. Attend community and various agency Act as an advocate. Requirements:
