Overview:
Fulltime, Benefits eligible role Monday- Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm This position will work with the Vision providers, schools, families, students, and School Health leadership to assure maximizing access, utilization, and continuity of vision care services while ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with strategic program goals. Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Coordinates project activities for school health programs, collaborating and communicating with school staff and other stakeholders to ensure effective and timely completion of tasks.

Essential Functions:
Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Coordinates project meetings and ensures effective communication between team, students, families, school staff, and other stakeholders. Monitors project progress and metrics, identifying any potential risks or issues and recommending improvements as needed. Collaborates with school staff and other stakeholders to implement project plans. Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports. Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for project activities. Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management. Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.
Experience:
One year of program or project support, required.
