Full-Time Position Overview Sumaria Systems is seeking a Senior Program Manager Scheduler to support the
AFLCMC/WII MQ-9
Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This position provides project management, schedule analysis, program integration, and acquisition support across the full lifecycle of MQ-9 development, production, retrofit, and sustainment activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project. Support program planning, integration, execution tracking, and status reporting across multiple stakeholders. Review contractor schedule and EVMS data for compliance and performance assessment. Conduct schedule health assessments utilizing DCMA 14-Point metrics. Assist with risk identification, mitigation planning, and program execution reviews. Support preparation of program briefings, acquisition documentation, decision papers, and executive-level reports. Coordinate logistics, engineering, testing, and sustainment activities. Support budget planning, roadmap development, and program deep-dive analyses. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of Microsoft Project experience. Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs. Knowledge of EVMS, IMP/IMS, and DoD acquisition processes. Strong communication, briefing, and documentation skills. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting Air Force acquisition programs. Experience supporting MQ-9 or other aircraft weapon systems programs. PMP Certification preferred. Experience with Milestones Professional (KIDASA) software. Familiarity with
DFARS EVMS
requirements and DCMA Schedule Health Assessments.
