How you'll make a difference in this role: In this role, you will provide dynamic leadership in the development, daily operation coordination, implementation and evaluation of residential services at a 11-bed facility. You will work closely with treatment providers, inpatient hospital units, and law enforcement to identify individuals that meet this level of care and works with the individual to stabilize them so they can safely re-enter their natural support networks/ living arrangements.
Program Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure daily operation of the facility, financial stability and understands and actively promotes the program and services. Provides appropriate information to all stakeholders. Participates and may lead multiple community facing committees or task-forces that address crisis services, opiate use, and recovery-oriented system of care, among others. Collaborate with multiple divisions of the agency (Medical, Treatment, Crisis, Criminal Justice) and external partners in a way that aligns with the FRC's Guiding Principles. Assesses opportunities and barriers to creating seamless entry for individuals at a level of care that meets the client's needs as well as their ultimate re-entry into the natural support system/living arrangements. Serves as a liaison between client-serving agencies and the community-at-large to include local homeless shelters, law enforcement and other ancillary services. Ensure compliance with accreditation, licensure, grants and other stakeholder requirements to remain compliant and ensure all required reporting and/or information is provided when applicable. Provides support to the Residential Manager in the daily operations of the facility and management of the staff. Uses continuous improvement processes to assess status of the program, align current activities with overall goals, and ensure effective strategic planning at least annually. Provides services, supports, intakes, assessments, treatment planning and oversight when needed. Be available for on-call needs at the facility beyond typical work hours, as needed. Who are you? A provider with a nursing, counseling, or social work license and education, training and work experience which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform the job duties listed above. An example of an acceptable qualification for this position is: Bachelor's degree with appropriate license and five years of experience in a community or human service organization as well as in project management withina public agency setting, including budget oversight, cross-system collaboration, and outcome measurement.
