This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing substance withdrawal. The Program Director oversees program operations, regulatory compliance, clinical coordination, staff supervision, and program development while collaborating with hospital leadership and community partners to support continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Withdrawal Management Program. Build partnerships with community organizations, recovery programs, and referral sources. Develop, implement, and monitor program policies, procedures, and clinical protocols consistent with hospital standards and best practices in addiction treatment. Collaborate with medical staff, nursing leadership, and other health teams to ensure high-quality clinical care. Monitor program performance metrics including patient outcomes, safety indicators, and operational efficiency. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for program employees. Develop and manage program budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications Education:
Current relevant professional licensure preferred depending on program needs (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LPCC, RN, or equivalent).Licensure/Certifications:
BLS certification within 30 days of employment is required.Experience:
