Position Overview:
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supervising House Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring the day-to-day operations of assigned service sites run smoothly. You will ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the Individual Service Plans (ISP) while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and individuals served. Skills

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management:
Lead and supervise House Managers and DSPs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Operational Oversight:
Manage daily operations at service sites, maintaining awareness of individuals served and ensuring they are never left alone unless specified in their ISP.
Training and Development:
Participate in the training and orientation of new employees, and ensure ongoing staff development and compliance with HR policies.
Documentation and Compliance:
Oversee the completion of medical appointments, medication monitoring, and all necessary documentation, ensuring timely communication with guardians and the Director/CEO.
Budget Management:
Adhere to budgetary constraints while overseeing the purchasing and expenditure of resources for the individuals served.
Activity Planning:
Plan and supervise individual activities, ensuring a holistic approach to care that includes health care, personal hygiene, daily living skills, and recreational activities.
Safety and Emergency Response:
Be prepared to respond to health and safety needs during emergencies, providing physical assistance as required.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in social services, healthcare, or related field preferred. Experience in a supervisory role within a social services or healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and regulations related to service provision for individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours between day shift and evening shifts, including being on-call for emergencies. Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals served and staff.
Pay Rate for position:
$21.00 per hour work schedule rotates between first and second shift depending on the needs of the clients.
