Program Manager - Program Dept

Duties:

New Product Launch:

Automotive Glass, Handling OEM Customers, and Multiple Programs/Window Openings. Developing economic models that forecast product outcomes and profits; monitoring and analyzing the product yield rate and output. Maintaining program budget is essential. This includes components, tooling, equipment, and packaging purchases.

Responsible for costs:

from quote to invoice. Inputting customer orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (PLEX). Communication and single-point contact with OEM customers. Internal leader of the iron triangle and OEM program. Presenting to OEM customers data-backed reports to support the management team in making strategic business decisions. Key Player/Value Stream Leader for the OEM customer: "Voice of the Customer" for internal processes and proceedings. Organize internal teammates and processes to fulfill and support customer deliverables. Measuring the financial risk associated with project investment decisions. Creator of timing charts, ensure on-time delivery of products to the customer. Backup plan and expedited delivery schedules. Offset of delays. Reporting economic issues related to delivery to help the company maximize profits. Within the first 90 days, acquire product and process knowledge commensurate with the leadership role. Understand and be able to present to customer management core product lines. Attending customer-building events and meetings as appropriate, international travel, and some overnights are expected. Depending on the program phase and customer expectations, travel could be up to 25% of the total in each fiscal quarter. Up to 25% domestic travel, incl CA, AZ and TX.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics or closely related field. Must be 18 years of age or older.
