Cedar Oaks Wellness Center - 3.1 Oregonia, OH Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $55,000 a year 3 days ago Qualifications Computer operation Collaboration Team leadership LCDC II Organizational skills Computer skills Leadership Full Job Description Position Summary Cedar Oaks Wellness is seeking a dedicated and motivated Group Facilitator to join our team. This role is responsible for independently facilitating structured behavioral health and substance use recovery groups for adults. The Group Facilitator will support clients in achieving treatment goals through psychoeducational and skills-based group programming in a recovery-oriented environment. The schedule is a Tuesday- Saturday position. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage group dynamics effectively, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive setting. Key Responsibilities Facilitate structured group sessions focused on recovery, coping skills, and psychoeducation Lead and manage group discussions while maintaining structure and engagement Support clients in meeting treatment plan goals through group participation Maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic group environment Complete timely and accurate documentation of group attendance, participation, and client progress Collaborate with clinical staff regarding client needs, behaviors, and progress Apply trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques when needed Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures Required Qualifications Active CDCA or LCDC II certification (required) Completion of QBHS credentialing (required upon hire) Experience facilitating groups in behavioral health or substance use settings preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently during scheduled group times Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
