Youth Soccer Program Coordinator (~25 hours/week) Locker Soccer Academy is a Powell, Ohio based youth soccer academy dedicated to helping kids build skill, confidence, and a love for the game. We offer small-group classes, camps, and special events. Our team is passionate about youth development (over wins and early pressure and specialization) and we take pride in delivering an experience that keeps players and parents coming back season after season. About the Role We're hiring a Youth Soccer Program Coordinator to be the friendly, organized face of Locker Soccer Academy. In this part-time onsite role you'll be the first point of contact for families to answer questions, help guide parents through registration, coordinate free trial classes, and help our programs run smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with the owner on enrollment, events, birthday parties, and facility operations, and play a meaningful part in growing our community of young soccer players. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids and families, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can take ownership of the details that make a smooth experience for parents and families coming through the Academy. Schedule & Location Onsite at Locker Soccer Academy in Powell, Ohio Approximately 20 hours per week Core onsite hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:00-7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (this will vary by season) Flexible availability required to support free trial enrollments Daytime availability (mornings/midday) for lead follow-up and administrative work Key ResponsibilitiesParent Communication Answer incoming phone calls and text messages from current and prospective families Respond to parent questions about classes, programs, scheduling, and policies Help families choose the right class for their child's age and skill level Assist parents with registration and account setup Escalate complex issues or special requests to the owner Lead Follow-Up & Enrollment Manage the admin@lockersoccer email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries Follow up on new leads from the website, social media, email, and birthday party requests (using our process) Track leads, trial attendance, and outcomes in our CRM and/or Google Spreadsheet Free Trial Coordination Schedule trial classes for prospective families Send same-day reminders to coaches assigned to trial classes Be onsite to greet families, support a great trial experience, and enroll new students after class Follow up after each trial until the loop is closed — capturing why families do or don't enroll — and keep records updated Birthday Party Coordination Respond to birthday party inquiries and schedule events Coordinate event details in the lead-up to each party, including: Scheduling a bartender Ordering pizza Ordering cookies or cupcakes Ensure party logistics run smoothly from setup through close Front Desk & Facility Support Serve as the check-in point of contact for families Welcome players and parents as they arrive Answer parent questions during class times While onsite, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming facility, including: Sweeping floors Cleaning soccer balls Restocking bathrooms Program Administration Manage and approve class waitlists Support seasonal registrations Support Summer Camp check-ins Manage uniforms and Summer Camp apparel inventory, ensuring all players have their
