Behavioral Health Program Coordinator (LICDC /LCSW/LPC/LMFT) Devcare Solutions - 3.6 Toledo, OH Job Details Contract Up to $45 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Psychiatry RN License Program development Licensed Clinical Social Worker Mental health counseling Full Job Description Behavioral Healthcare Provider (LICDC / LISW / LPCC / IMFT) We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Healthcare Provider to develop, coordinate, implement, and provide interdisciplinary behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will independently assess, diagnose, treat, and support clients with complex behavioral health needs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Coordinate client admissions, assessments, evaluations, and ongoing care. Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health services for complex cases. Participate in treatment team meetings, program development, and policy reviews. Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions as needed. Collaborate with community agencies and support services for referrals and follow-up care. Serve as a lead worker, mentor, or resource to other behavioral health professionals.

Required Qualifications:

Must possess one of the following active Ohio licenses: Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) Registered Nurse with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) certification in
