Facilitation Program Associate Salary Range:
$59,721- 74,654
Senior Facilitation Program Specialist Salary Range:
$80,192- 100,240.
The ideal candidate will have:

Have solid knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation methodology, and facilitator development best practices. Knowledge of instructional design methodology is desired. Demonstrate proficiency in facilitation craft, including the ability to model, observe, assess, and develop facilitation skills in others. Build and maintain positive working relationships by communicating consistently, adapting as needed, and establishing rapport to collaborate effectively and achieve shared goals. Contribute to a positive team environment by advocating for team success, supporting group decisions, and maintaining a positive attitude. Assist individuals in recognizing strengths and areas for growth by asking insightful questions that encourage learning, development, and discovering personalized solutions. Developing facilitators Supporting and facilitating cohort-based learning sessions that surface field observations, build peer learning, and drive continuous improvement across the facilitator pool. Developing and delivering facilitation workshops and skill-building sessions as needed. Supporting the facilitator certification process, including practice sessions, walk-throughs, certification assessments, and record-keeping across all advisor types: New, Certified, Cross-Training, and Contract/Partner. Conducting structured observations of facilitators during live and practice sessions and delivering timely, actionable feedback grounded in Noble's facilitation competency framework. Maintaining individual development plans for facilitators in active training and directing facilitators to appropriate learning resources. Contributing to the facilitation program Supporting the tracking and documentation of facilitation performance records at the individual facilitator level. Contributing to data collection that informs development priorities. Assisting with the contract and partner facilitator pipeline, including onboarding support, certification tracking, and readiness assessment. Participating in the implementation of new delivery models, including the Regional Expert integration framework, as directed by facilitation leadership. Supporting facilitator excellence Designing and implementing consistent training tools, frameworks, and resources that support facilitator development across experience levels and advisor types. Guiding facilitators in understanding effective teaching methodologies and application of those for various audiences and settings. Making recommendations regarding methods and techniques and supporting facilitators through problem solving and improvising. Preparing contract facilitators and regional experts for session delivery, including pre-session briefings, preparation support, and post-session debrief. Coordinating with facilitator managers to communicate expectations, share development updates, and align on individual facilitator progress. Gathering information (customer/peer feedback) and evaluating through observation to identify areas of improvement and providing feedback to enable development. Contributing to cross-functional connections Supporting a defined feedback channel with instructional designers so that field observations from facilitators and cohort sessions inform course design and revision. Participating in product launch and revision conversations to ensure facilitation readiness is considered alongside content development. Participating on project teams on a variety of initiatives, including new technology, products, and special events.We will:
