The Price Executive Academy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to assist our Program Manager with planning and executing events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and the capability to support all aspects of program coordination. This role involves close collaboration with the Program Manager to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.Duties:
Facilitate participant onboarding, such as assessment distribution and welcome emails. Assist the Program Manager in planning and executing events. Coordinate event logistics, such catering, program setup and materials. Support event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all details are managed effectively. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process. Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, faculty, and team members. Provide administrative support to the Program Manager such as printing, data entry, email correspondence, and document organization. Keep regular inventory of program and office suppliesRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree 3 years of related experienceEquivalency/Substitution:
Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of project management Knowledge of accounting process Highly organized Able to handle multiple projects and deadlinesDepartment Preferences:
Proven customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive mindset Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams Ability to always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
