Basic job duties include assisting in developing programs focusing on behavioral outcomes. Assist individuals in developing personal financial programs, ensuring individuals' needs are met, coordinate training programs for the staff, staff the homes at required, supervise the staff in the homes, and Advocate on behalf of the individuals. Position requires the ability to be on a rotating on call schedule. Basic computer knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of

regulations and guidelines. Degree in human service field or a combination of 4 years education and work experience. One-year supervisory experience.
