As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of critical projects and initiatives at our dynamic consulting firm. Your expertise in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of complex programs that create meaningful impact for our clients. Contract, Onsite 4 days a week.YOU WILL
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to address challenges and seize opportunities Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum and quality Communicate regularly with project sponsors, team members, and relevant stakeholders, providing transparent updates and insights Utilize project management tools and techniques to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making Foster a culture of continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance the delivery of our servicesIDEALLY, WED LIKE
Relevant experience in a program management role, preferably within a consulting and technology environment Strong technical project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Technology, or Engineering Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Passion for innovation and a commitment to driving positive change for our clients Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland.
