Community Physician & Program Specialist Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30PM Location:
Day Treatment Program -Bend, OR Starting Pay:
$25.79/hour + 100% employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Physician & Program Specialist to support operations across assigned community-based programs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality care coordination, administrative support, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and families. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting client care processes from admission through discharge Performing physician clerk duties, including scheduling and coordinating medication management appointments Managing external communications, including completing prior authorizations Providing direct program support and assisting clinical teams as needed Attending meetings and completing accurate, timely documentation Upholding agency standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions Completing additional administrative and program-related tasks as assigned About You You are passionate about mental health and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring a strong foundation in human services and a commitment to supporting youth and families through evidence-based, compassionate care.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required College coursework or a bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred Top 3Must Haves:
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, including treatment standards, models, and theories within a multidisciplinary setting Passion for mental health advocacy and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams using evidence-based practices Ability to navigate complex situations, think critically, and implement innovative interventions, with a commitment to ongoing professional growthPreferred Qualifications:
