Position Overview:
Program Manager As the Program Manager, you'll be the driving force behind fostering health, safety, and community integration for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your mission? Empowering individuals to thrive through meaningful activities, personal relationships, and personal choice. Plus, you'll champion OSLP's core values every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership :
Inspire and lead a dedicated team of full-time and part-time staff. 2.
Quality Assurance :
Oversee services related to medications, home safety, physician visits, and more. 3.
Individual Support :
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized support plans. 4.
Collaboration :
Work closely with management, health professionals, and consultants. 5.
Confidentiality :
Safeguard residents' privacy and manage documentation meticulously. 6.
Nutrition :
Ensure nutritious meals align with dietary needs and preferences. 7.
Safety First :
Uphold safety protocols and rules for a secure environment. 8.
Continuous Improvement :
Attend meetings, provide reports, and be the driving force behind house excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Supervisory or Management experience.
  • Must have an Oregon Driver's License.
  • Must pass a background check.
