We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our Hillsboro Outpatient Program—a critical leadership role responsible for program operations, staff development, clinical quality, and community partnerships. This is your opportunity to lead a mission-driven team while shaping outcomes for individuals navigating substance use recovery. What You'll Do Lead daily outpatient program operations and performance Supervise, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team Ensure high-quality, evidence-based clinical services Monitor outcomes, compliance, and financial sustainability Build strong relationships with community partners What You Bring Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Services or related field 4+ years behavioral health experience + 4+ years supervisory experience CADC II (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills What We Offer Mission-Driven Work
