Programs Director Permanent Opportunity | Evaluation-to-Hire Are you an experienced leader with a passion for developing teams, strengthening programs, and creating positive change in your community? Our partner is seeking a Programs Director to provide leadership and oversight for multiple human services programs while supporting staff development, operational excellence, and long-term organizational growth.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, salaried leadership position Permanent career opportunity Evaluation-to-hire placement Supervise program managers and key staff Lead program operations, compliance, and service delivery Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth Support programs serving youth, families, housing, outreach, and other community-focused services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business Management, Public Administration, Education, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in human services, social services, behavioral health, housing programs, or a related field Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing teams, programs, and operational performance Knowledge of trauma-informed care and client-centered service delivery preferred This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional who enjoys building strong teams, developing programs, and helping organizations achieve meaningful community impact.
