Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of Direct Support Professional and group home residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, Individual Support Plan knowledge, and knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of Direct Support Professional staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Implement ISP and and supporting documents such as Positive Behavior Support Plan, Safety Plan and protocols.
  • Provide on-call support and rotate on-call duties during weekends
  • Cover floor shifts when necessary
  • Transport to activities and appointments as needed.
  • Develop and Implement Individual Support Plans and supporting documents of residents
  • Support residents in community integration
  • Provide training to DSP staff to ensure competency in implementation of supports, professional boundaries and documentation.
  • Maintain finances and personal property of residents
  • Maintain cleanliness of the home
  • Enforce agency policy and procedures
  • Maintain home compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
  • Participate in licensing reviews with Director and owners
Requirements:
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Be able to pass Criminal Background check
  • Have prior experience as a Direct Care or Direct Support Professional
  • Have current CPR and First aid or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. (employer will pay for certification)
  • Have current Oregon Intervention Systems certification or flexibility in schedule to complete 2-day certification (Employer will pay for certification)
  • Completion of Core Competency on Work Day or ability to complete within 30 days of hire
  • Fill in when necessary to ensure adequate coverage and support of residents.
