Program Manager Hillsboro Aero Academy - 3.6 Troutdale, OR Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits AD&D insurance Health insurance Paid time off On-the-job training 401(k) matching Sabbatical Life insurance Qualifications Team management Full Job Description The EASA Program Manager is responsible for the operational oversight of HAA's EASA program success. This oversight includes, but is not limited to, all aspects of EASA flight and ground instruction, safety of operations, quality of training and compliance with EASA regulations. The EASA Program Manager is a key member of our flight school and guides a team of CFIs for the EASA specific training. The EASA Program Manager will be responsible for initial EASA certification process and maintaining EASA certification and compliance.
Job Duties:
EASA Program Manager will be responsible for all students that intend to complete EASA training (classified as "EASA students"). Responsible for oversight of all training (including FAA portions) for EASA students and CFIs so as toensure quality and timely completion. Special care will be taken regarding EASA specific ground and flight instruction to ensure compliance and quality. The EASA Program Manager must maintain the EASA courses to meet the needs of our customers and changing regulations. On the job training will be provided and EASA experience or knowledge is not required but the desire to learn and manage regulatory requirements is a must.
