Job Description

Company Overview Innovo is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals battling addiction and substance use disorders. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated 12-Step Program Specialist to lead and support recovery initiatives rooted in the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and other 12-step fellowships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to empower individuals in their sobriety journey through program development, community engagement, and peer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering hope and resilience. Responsibilities Develop and facilitate daily or scheduled recovery-focused groups centered on AA principles, including Big Book study, step work introduction, and recovery education. Develop and implement innovative program activities that promote ongoing engagement and recovery success. Provide educational support to families regarding addiction, recovery principles, and the role of the 12-step community. Lead motivational and recovery-focused discussions designed to increase patient engagement and accountability in treatment. Participate in interventions through recovery-focused discussion, encouragement, and accountability. Experience Strong knowledge of 12-step recovery principles and the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book. Ability to motivate, challenge, and support individuals in early recovery. Strong group facilitation and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
