What drives us Community Service Foundation (CSF) are dedicated to providing education, counseling, foster care and other services to help young people and their families to grow and change through restorative practices. Your role as a Restorative Reporting Center Coordinator As the Full Time Restorative Reporting Center Coordinator at Community Service Foundation, you will take on a multifaceted role that includes supervising all RRC and weekend staff while coordinating their comprehensive training programs. Your responsibilities will involve managing intakes, generating progress reports, and facilitating discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients. You will also assist clients or referral sources with court-related matters, providing vital support through sometimes complex processes. Additionally, the position requires travel between various program sites (Bethlehem & Feasterville), allowing you to engage with diverse communities and enhance the overall effectiveness of our restorative programs. This role is essential in promoting a culture of excellence and integrity while fostering meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. What we're looking for in a Restorative Reporting Center Coordinator To excel as a Full Time Restorative Reporting Center Coordinator at Community Service Foundation, a strong skill set is essential. Effective leadership and communication abilities are crucial for supervising staff and coordinating training sessions. You should possess excellent organizational skills to manage intakes, progress reports, and discharge planning efficiently. Familiarity with relevant software tools will enhance your capacity to generate accurate reports and maintain records. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary for traveling between various program sites, ensuring you can effectively engage with diverse communities. Additionally, a compassionate approach and the capacity to navigate sensitive court-related matters will support our mission of fostering empathy and integrity in all client interactions.
