Job Description
Our School Behavior Support Specialists (BSS) serve as mentors to support our young men during their school day. This full-time position is responsible for establishing a structured setting where positive behavior is encouraged and reinforced. A BSS assists with facilitating program activities while collaborating with Counselors and Managers to promote education, safety and wellness for all students.
