The Engagement Manager provides leadership from project inception to completion. Specific Responsibilities Ensures communication internally and externally Ensures project roles and responsibilities are assigned Establishes a complete project team Understands customer expectations and business goals Ensures financial success of the engagement Identifies upcoming target opportunities Achieves strategic goals surrounding project Bachelor's degree in Architecture required 5-10 years' experience ideally within healthcare architecture Strong communication and collaborations skills; personable Facilitation and presentation skills Strong leadership Entrepreneurial spirit Detail oriented Strong organizational skills Experience in Project Management or related field
