Job Description

CAPITAL AREA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COLLABORATIVE, INC.
CABHC, Inc., a Harrisburg, PA based non-profit company that provides contract management and quality oversight of the Medicaid HealthChoices Behavioral Health Program for the counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Perry is seeking to fill the following position:
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
The Director of Program Management is a senior staff position with the primary oversight of program operations, including treatment policy development, project management and quality assurance functions for the Corporation and the HealthChoices Behavioral Health Program. This position will supervise and coordinate efforts of five positions within the Corporation that support the oversight duties of the Director of Program Management. Key management functions include monitoring the BH-MCO, working with the provider network, enhancing the use of evidenced based services and clinical outcomes for children, adolescents and adults, oversight of the annual quality assurance plan, developing reports with the use of data driven system analysis, facilitating various committees and work groups, and supporting County and Member needs. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferred Master's degree, in psychology, counseling, social work, clinical nursing, or other related discipline. When a Master's degree is the level of education, state licensure, when available, is preferred. At least ten years of experience in the public behavioral healthcare field with clearly identified progressive management and leadership responsibilities is required, including project development and quality assurance oversight. At least three years' experience in direct employee supervision is preferred. CABHC offers a competitive starting salary in the mid $90's, based on experience and qualifications.
