Join Redeemer Health and help drive operational excellence and compliance in our 340B Drug Pricing Program — a critical initiative supporting cost-effective care for our community. About the Role As the 340B Program Coordinator , you'll take ownership for the operational oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and financial performance support. In addition, the Program Coordinator provides training and education to employees working with the 340B Program. What You'll Do Serves as subject matter resource for all 340B-related activities. Maintains expert-level knowledge of 340B Program to ensure compliance with regulations necessary for continued program eligibility, including
HRSA/OPA
rules and Medicaid changes. Monitors purchasing records for 340B participants. Documents utilization, savings, problem areas and exceptions/discrepancies. Provides results to pharmacy leadership and administration. Ensures 340B split-billing software integrity including interfaces between EMB and the virtual accumulator and any interfaces between Redeemer Health and contract pharmacy providers/administrators. Conducts self-audits to ensure patient qualification, pricing, purchasing, and inventory control of 340B eligible medications. Serves as point person for external audits. Coordinates audit requests and responses. Works with IT to generate reports that monitor all facets of the 340B Program. Provides reports to management to initiate discussions on simplifying 340B regulation adherence and highlights opportunities for program growth. Generates reports required by 340B Program governing agencies. Updates policies & procedures, as necessary, to ensure 340B pharmacy program is compliant with federal regulations. Works with management to ensure annual HRSA recertification is completed within allowable time frame. Participates in decision-making for implementing new and/or revised 340B processes. Participates in hospital committees, as appropriate. Provides ongoing training and education to staff, physicians, and management on 340B Program compliance and best practices. Maintains patient confidentiality. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or, PharmD degree Five (5) years of experience overseeing a 340B pharmacy program, preferably in an acute care hospital setting Experience in retail and/or hospital revenue cycle processes including pharmacy purchasing, billing and reimbursement Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including ability to present complex data and to provide training/education to employees working with the 340B program Proven analytical, organizational and project management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, EMRs and pharmacy purchasing systems Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Why Redeemer Health?
