Job Description

ChildWay is seeking Program Specialist for new in home services program for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This Program will be new to ChildWay so we are looking for someone who is a self starter and is motivated to work with growing company..
Program Specialist duties and responsibilities:
Marketing the Program Develop and implement program objectives and initiatives, based on strategic plans and goals Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper execution of the program Monitor the progress of the program, making necessary adjustments to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget Prepare and present program reports and updates to key stakeholders Provide training and guidance to team members involved in the program Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and implement improvements as necessary Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies related to the program Maintain a knowledge base of current trends, developments, and advancements in the field related to the program Manage program resources and budget Handle the resolution of program-related issues and conflict
