About Us Jamie's Dream Team is a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering hope when there is little. We support children and adults facing serious illness, trauma, disability, and life-altering circumstances by granting dreams and providing critical support to families in need. We are a fast-moving, mission-driven organization where compassion meets action. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dependable Program Coordinator to support our daily operations, fundraising efforts, and dream fulfillment process. This is a hands-on role for someone who is ready to jump in, take initiative, and be part of meaningful, life-changing work. Key Responsibilities Assist with fundraising efforts and donor engagement Support case management for dream recipients and families Perform database entry and maintain accurate records Assist with budgeting and program oversight Build and maintain community relationships Participate in events and fundraising activities Provide support on an as-needed/on-call basis for families and programs Important Note About This Role This is a roll-your-sleeves-up position . This is not a traditional 9-5 job This is not a desk-only role Some evenings and weekends are required Flexibility and responsiveness are essential This role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and deeply committed to the mission. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Passion for nonprofit work and helping others Prior nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Growth Salary:
