Job Description

Through Leading Youth Through Empowerment, this member will serve with Delaware Museum of Nature and Science. This member will support organizational efforts to improve gallery-based educational programming, communication systems, and participant engagement practices. The member will assist in developing learning resources, operational procedures, accessibility tools, and evaluation systems that strengthen the consistency, inclusivity, and effectiveness of museum programming.
Member Duties :
Assist in developing, documenting, and refining gallery kits, lesson plans, crafts, and activity curricula. Support the creation of guidelines and training resources that promote inclusive guest and team interactions. Contribute to tools and strategies that foster positive and inquiry-based group engagement. Assist in improving systems for program setup, material organization, and space utilization. Support documentation and improvement of communication protocols related to scheduling and program implementation. Contribute to the development of inclusive practices and accommodation strategies for participants. Assist with enhancing data tracking, recordkeeping systems, and evaluation processes. Support the documentation and continuous improvement of safety procedures and training materials.
