Museum Experience Specialist (DEMNS) AmeriCorps - 4.3 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Part-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Some college Guest relations Training material drafting Policy & process development Staff training Conflict management Organizational skills Front desk Instructional materials development Leadership Entry level Full Job Description Through Leading Youth Through Empowerment, this member will serve with Delaware Museum of Nature and Science. They will assist in developing and refining systems that support positive, equitable, and inclusive guest experiences. The member will contribute to training resources, communication protocols, accessibility initiatives, and evaluation processes that strengthen visitor services and operational consistency across the museum.
Member Duties :
Assist in developing and refining guest experience guidelines and service standards that promote inclusive interactions. Support the creation of training materials and onboarding resources for staff and volunteers. Contribute to improving front desk and communication systems, including documentation of guest service protocols. Assist in developing tools and processes that assess and improve guest experience and visitor feedback systems. Support accessibility and inclusion initiatives that better meet the needs of diverse guests. Help document and improve procedures related to public space monitoring and safety guidance.
