Service Coordinator

Resident Services Coordinator -- We are hiring a part time (29 hours per week) Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to serve residents across (two or four) affordable senior housing communities. RSCs help older adults age in place with dignity by connecting them to vital services, promoting wellness, and strengthening community life. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting older adults and can effectively balance priorities across multiple sites.

What You'll Do:

Travel regularly between two/four senior housing communities, with an on-site presence coordinated with the Property Manager based on resident needs. Assist residents with accessing services such as in-home care, transportation, wellness programs, and benefits assistance. Promote independence and stability by coordinating supports and providing advocacy. Organize and host programs that support wellness, social connection, and education. Identify residents in need of extra support and make appropriate referrals. Track services, complete required documentation, and maintain compliance with program requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in social work, gerontology, human services, or related field — OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities across multiple locations. Experience working with older adults and knowledge of community services and benefits programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
