Position:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for direct support for Berks County Program. Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the client intake/referral process for services. This position oversees the Advocacy Services as it relates to the client case management and providing community outreach and support. The work has less to do with general office duties than with assisting in the operation or administration of a local program/unit. Availability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred o Equivalent experience in a community-based agency may be accepted, unless a specific degree is required by a referring authority Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing personnel and/or budgets Experience providing home and community-based services Experience working with at-risk youth and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems a plus Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) with a plus. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
