Job Description

Join Our Team as a Program Specialist in our Residential Group Homes! At PathWays, we're committed to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism in living full, meaningful lives. As a Program Specialist in our Residential Program , you'll play a key role in helping individuals thrive in a home environment—supporting their independence, health, and personal growth. You'll work closely with each resident, their support team, and direct care staff to ensure their Individual Support Plans (ISPs) are developed and implemented in a way that promotes dignity, choice, and community inclusion. Residential Program Specialist:
Develop and oversee Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for residents Collaborate with team members to create meaningful daily routines Monitor progress and prepare reports as required by regulations Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Ensure compliance with ODP, OLTL, and DPW regulations Step in with hands-on support when needed to maintain continuity of care
Education & Experience Requirements:
Option 1: Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities Option 2: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities Option 3: Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and personal insurance coverage required (Must maintain both throughout employment) Must be able to drive personal or agency vehicles , including vans/minibuses Completion of a health appraisal and TB test upon hire and every two years thereafter Must obtain the following clearances: PA Criminal History Clearance If applicable: FBI Criminal History Record (required if employee hasn't been a PA resident for the past 5 years) Must obtain and maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration Must sign and comply with all motor vehicle disclosure and MVR requirements Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day.
