Agile Program Manager (Glendale, CA or Burbank, CA - Hybrid) Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment organization, is seeking an Agile Program Manager to support complex, cross-functional initiatives within a data-driven technology environment. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple interdependent projects across Agile teams in a complex technical environment. This role will oversee end-to-end program execution, including planning, delivery tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile program management experience, the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, and comfort working in data-centric and analytics-driven environments. This individual will translate technical and operational inputs into structured execution plans, reporting, and actionable insights to support delivery and decision-making.
